At DrMelaxin, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of being placed. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately at info@realdrmelaxin-us.com or call +1 248 866 3167. Your request must include your full name and order number so we can locate your purchase quickly.

If your cancellation request is received within 2 hours and the order has not entered processing or fulfillment, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

After 2 hours, orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment system and cannot be canceled. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. If you no longer wish to keep the product after receiving it, you may refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further instructions.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. If incorrect or incomplete information is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, DrMelaxin is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages.

If a package is refused at delivery, any shipping costs, return shipping fees, and handling fees may be deducted from the total refund amount.

DrMelaxin reserves the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of our policies. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
