Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. DrMelaxin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
