At DrMelaxin, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

We offer a 30 day return period starting from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To request a return, you must contact us at info@realdrmelaxin-us.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your full name, order number, and the reason for your return request. Our support team will provide further instructions if your return is approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as DrMelaxin is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. If a package is refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, shipping and handling fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

DrMelaxin reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
